This is my most updated photo of Purity Karimi, the young girl from Kenya that I began sponsoring Oct. 1, 2012. Isn't she beautiful?! I'm so blessed to be her sponsor, to pray for her and get to write to her! She lives with her grandma and often expresses her thankfulness that we get to write one another. For a family in his area, the typical monthly salary is only $45.

This is my most updated photo of Chidodolo Willium John. I began sponsoring this young man from Tanzania on Nov. 28, 2012. His letters are so encouraging and I just found out that he's graduated from the Compassion program and about to graduate from the Police Academy!! I'm so proud of him. For a family in his area, the typical monthly salary is only $6.40 

Meet Rosebell from Uganda. She has a different sponsor but has not received letters from them. So Compassion International contacted her sponsor to ask if someone else could write them. I was on a list to help out so this lovely young woman is mine to write.  Typical monthly salary is on $11 per month. I really love to encourage her and her letters lift my spirit.

This is Zuhura from Tanzania. **Update - Zuhura's sponsor cancelled her sponsorship. So unfortunately, I can no longer write to her...but I still pray for her!
